The Board of Directors has voted to present awards according to a percentage (20%) of the number of average entries per event for 2017. For example, Junior Goats average number of entries for the year is 20. 20% of 20 is 4. So awards will be presented to the top 4 point leaders. If an event has less than 5 average entries for the year, awards will be presented to the top point earning contestant only.
